10. Essential Oils Usage Disclaimer
Due to hygiene and safety reasons:
Opened essential oil bottles cannot be returned
Patch test is recommended before use
Store oils as per instructions mentioned on the label

We are not responsible for delays or inability to process returns/refunds due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, or logistics disruptions.
