    • We currently ship across India.

    • International shipping, if available, will be mentioned separately on the Website.


    2. Order Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

    • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


    3. Shipping Partners

    • We use reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

    • Courier partner selection depends on serviceability and location.


    4. Estimated Delivery Time

    • Metro & Tier-1 cities: 3–5 business days

    • Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 4–7 business days

    • Remote / rural locations: 6–10 business days

    Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, regulatory checks, or unforeseen circumstances.


    5. Shipping Charges

    • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

    • Charges may vary based on:

      • Order value

      • Delivery location

      • Weight and size of the package

    • Promotional free shipping offers may apply from time to time.


    6. Order Tracking

    • Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

    • You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s tracking link.


    7. Delivery Attempts

    • Our courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.

    • If delivery fails due to:

      • Incorrect address

      • Customer unavailable

      • Refusal to accept delivery
        the order may be returned to origin (RTO).

    In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.


    8. Address & Contact Accuracy

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.

    • We are not liable for delivery failure or delays due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


    9. Damaged or Missing Packages

    • If the package appears damaged, tampered, or leaking, do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.

    • If damage is discovered after delivery:

      • Notify us within 48 hours

      • Share clear images/videos of the package and product

    Such cases will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.


    10. Partial Deliveries

    • In rare cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to availability or logistics constraints.

    • No additional shipping charges will be levied for split shipments.


    11. Delays Beyond Our Control

    We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

    • Natural disasters

    • Government restrictions or lockdowns

    • Courier partner disruptions

    • Force majeure events
