We currently ship across India.
International shipping, if available, will be mentioned separately on the Website.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Shipping Partners
We use reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Courier partner selection depends on serviceability and location.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro & Tier-1 cities: 3–5 business days
Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 4–7 business days
Remote / rural locations: 6–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, regulatory checks, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

6. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s tracking link.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If delivery fails due to:
Incorrect address
Customer unavailable
- Refusal to accept deliverythe order may be returned to origin (RTO).
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Address & Contact Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.
We are not liable for delivery failure or delays due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
9. Damaged or Missing Packages
If the package appears damaged, tampered, or leaking, do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.
If damage is discovered after delivery:
Notify us within 48 hours
Share clear images/videos of the package and product
Such cases will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Partial Deliveries
In rare cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to availability or logistics constraints.
No additional shipping charges will be levied for split shipments.
11. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

Government restrictions or lockdowns
Courier partner disruptions
Force majeure events
